Welcome to the orientation module for PSYC 2740! We will cover everything here and more on the first day of class. See you there.

Goals

  • Quick course orientation
  • Discuss the open science movement and the replication crisis
  • Review research methods and design principles

Instructions

Work through each of the following Prep, Try, and Apply sections.

  • The Prep section will provide details on all the assigned material you need to complete that week on different days.
  • The Try section will contain any slides/links that may be used during class.
  • The Apply section will provide instructions about the formative and/or project assignment(s) due at the end of the week.
